Didnt get packaged
You guys as a company SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! There's 2 Adam Krick in Minneapolis and u send my product that I bought from u, to him.
You sent it to 8901 Colfax s ave, Minneapolis mn 55402 BUT MY ADDRESS IS 2212 HARRIET AVE APT 5 55405!! How did u guys mess that up?
I didn't even know his address. I sent my address because I want it sent to me!!!

I ordered from you guys on November 08th and I have been waiting on my order ever since Order # is S250172. Oddly enough I even received a notification to re order again. Its strange cause I never had this happen with the company before

I got a message that your package was delivered since then I have been e-mailing that I haven't receive it and no response. Please let me know a way to rectify this situation or I will call my bank and dispute the charges.

Fake Tracking Numbers
I ordered from Supplement Warehouse and received a shipping notification with a tracking number. Only problem is - the shipping # is invalid which means my item never actually shipped at all.
I've been checking the number every day for five days and no history of the number per TNT shipping system. Sent an email to customer service 48 hours ago and no response at all.
I understand that sometimes it takes time to get a product pulled, packed, and shipped out but I don't see the necessity of providing a fake tracking number unless you're just trying to buy time and try to keep me from contacting my credit card company to get a refund. Very unethical and poor business practice - I would never order from a company with this business model.
Two years
My order has taken over two years to arrive. Never was refunded, never contacted, never asked to review the service provided.
It's a scam. Spent over $200.00 in supplements.
Never Received the Order
They keep saying that will ship my order but they don't. They've informed me an invalid tracking number, and now UPS says that is missing.
I don't recommend them. It seems to be a scam. I never received my goods, definitely I don't recommend them. And now I'm going to call to my credit card company to get my money back.

Poor customer service and shipping
I tried ordering from Supplement Warehouse in September and again in December. The order placed in September took over a month to ship out.
I had emailed their help desk and no one ever responded. I called the 800# repeatedly and always received the same message that due to heavy call volume my call could not be taken at this time. If you try to contact the corporate office, the same thing happens. When I finally got through to someone, they told me it was back ordered and that the product was probably being reformulated which resulted in a delay of shipping.
I had two different products from two different manufactures. When I asked which product this applied to, they did not have an answer. This was just a scripted answer they give everyone. When I asked why no one replied to my email I sent three weeks prior, she claimed they always get back in a timely manner - NO they don't.
I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt and placed an order on December 9th. It is now one month later and it still has not shipped and I'm experiencing the same problems - cannot get through to anyone on the phone or email. If you can find your product through any other company if it's a little higher cost, I highly recommend you do so.
Supplement Warehouse used to be a good company with great customer service and their products shipped quickly. I'm not sure what has changed but I will never shop here again and plan to let everyone else I know that orders supplements not to go to this site either.

Supplement Warehouse - Shipping Service Review
I've been a loyal customer of Supplementwarehouse.com for many years, and have spent a LOT of money with them. It was originally great customer service, shipping speed, and convenient.
In the past year they have consistently failed in every way possible. I first started having issues with shipping. It became very slow with less notification. Next it was with price matching, and finally with customer service.
I placed my last order on November 28, 2016, and my credit card was charged that day. I actually even forgot I placed an order because I heard nothing until I got an email on December 15th telling me it was backordered! 3 weeks to figure out my order was back ordered?! So I begin to try and contact their customer service.
The first several phone calls I got an automated message saying "due to high call volumes" I should probably just try to contact them online. I wanted to speak with someone over the phone so I continued to try for the next couple days. Finally, I was told by the automated system that I was caller #6 with a estimated wait time of 25 minutes. So I waited.
When it got down to 5 minutes left and I was still caller #3, it just started increasing the minutes. Frustrated, I sent an email to the help desk. That email wasn't answered for several days, as I'm sure they were flooded with the same complaints. The email response said they were sorry my order was back ordered and they would ship it out as soon as possible.
So I spent another 2 days trying to get a hold of them by phone. When I finally did, after another 30 minute wait on hold, I was told all 5 of the products I ordered were on backorder. ALL?! They used to send the part of your order that was in stock and then if something was backordered it would come in a second package...not anymore!
They just lie to you and tell you "everything" is backordered. I don't believe it for a second. So I told the customer service rep to cancel my order and refund me. So said that was no problem and here I am waiting for the refund 5 days later.
And by the way, when I hung up the phone with the rep I ordered the same products from Amazon and they were here within 3 days.
How is it that the "biggest" online supplement company can't fulfill an order for SUPPLEMENTS, but Amazon can?! I'm done with supplementwarehouse.com, unfortunately for them after many loyal years of service.
This place sucks.
I ordered 2:1:1 Recovery from here. I received a confirmation email of my order, went to confirm my order, and holy ***, order is some how no where to be found yet I was charged.
Continued to try to find my order, no dice. Want to talk to someone? Don't bother calling. Nobody picks up or the numbers don't work.
You don't receive any response back in email either. You have better luck having conversation with your carpet or a mothball.
Extremely pissed that I ordered something over a month ago and have gotten zero notification in regards to my order. If they need $50 dollars that bad, go turn tricks.

Supplementwarehouse is a FRAUD, owned and managed by FRAUDSTERS
Over a month since my order, yet neither merchandise nor communication from these crooks. After informing a one of their alleged suppliers that their products were used as bait in what appears to be fraud, i suddenly receive out of the blue an utterly fishy email from an alleged paralegal (i kid you not) pretending this company has voluntarily filed for bankruptcy and that i have basically no recourse.
Good grief. Finally doing the due diligence that i should have done in the first place, i discover these crooks, headed by the Crook.E.O. Robert V. Lauby, had also voluntarily filed for bankruptcy in late 2015, and its debt were promptly flushed by the Judge.
The crook in chief found it expedient to accuse his employees of stealing the merchandise from their gigantic warehouses. Seriously?
Now, less then 2 years later, the same crooks who have been let free to continue their dirty operations, reiterate the same dirty disgusting trick of: "voluntary file for bankruptcy" So that is the way to make profitable business in this country at this time. Oh boy the dark times we will produce.
Have not received order or shipping notification
My complaint seems the same as many others. I think it is time to call the Credit Card company.
I have waited for 15 days( jut for it to ship. I emailed after 6 days asking for/when i would get a shipment notification. They told me to allow 10 days for processing. Its now been 15.
I email a few other times especially today (15th day) and have not received an email back. I have not tried to call but from other reviews I deem is worthless to try. Something is seriously wrong especially after reading similar reviews.
I used to trust this website, something is seriously different. I wonder how many people order here anymore and if it is just a scam now?
No order received
Placed an order on Jan. 16th.
Payment was processed on Jan. 19th. Waited for shipment information/tracking number and to date (2/1/17) have not received anything. Every time I try to call the 800 number listed, I get the automated message stating high call volume.
I am pretty sure the call volume is not that high all day long. I have called numerous times throughout the day and sent emails through the help desk. I have ordered supplements with this company in the past, but it was a few years ago. Never had a problem until now, but I will never order from them again.
I will continue to send emails, letters...because my money is worth the time and effort. I am beyond pissed!

SUPPLEMENT WAREHOUSE FRAUD; SCAMS; UNTRUSTWORTHY; UNETHICAL
I ordered back in Nov/Dec and my products still have yet to arrive. I called and emailed several times.
It took over 2 hours for me to speak to a representative as they were having "high call volume" with only 3-4 customers ahead of me. WOW! The agent stated that my product would ship in February and I have not seen any tracking or packages at my door step. Highly encourage consumers to shop else where and not bother or waste your time with this company.
If I do not see my order within the next two weeks then my next plan of action will be to contact the Better Business Bureau.

Supplement Warehouse - Shipping Service Review
I placed a order on December 21st 2016 and until now January the 12 I have not received a confirmation of shipping or the product and every time I tried to contact the 800 number I received the message due to have a call, we are unable to receive your call please call back later. I keep calling and no one answer the call.
This company shouldn't be allawed to beaten business. The money already came out of my account but the product has not been shipped yet and I can't get a hold of anybody to give me an explanation.
I am pissed off... I don't recommend this company to anyone
