Place an order with supplement warehouse it took weeks to get here and when it did it was only half of the order but they charged us for the full order. Then when I called they said they would send the rest when they could. So I got the rest of the order and it was half of what it was suppose to be. I'm done with these clowns they have no idea what there doing. I'm calling them and telling them to credit me the rest of my money.

Placed my order on 6/20/16.....by 7/11, still had not heard from, or received my order. I called only to be told it would be a 3 hour wait. I sent 2 emails with no response. Finally today, I was able to get through after a 10 min wait. I was told the item had been backordered and was not sure why I had not been informed. I requested an immediate refund only to be told it could be up to 5 days to be put in. I will never order from them again!

Horrible experience with SupplementWarehouse.com

I ordered on the 16th of July and have not heard a word. They took the money from the credit card right away but no answer to my e-mails. When you call they put you on hold for over an hour and then they hung up. Should have read the reviews before ordering. I always order from Bodybuilding.com but they did not have the protein I was looking for hence went with the supplement. Big mistake. After reading all the reviews I wonder on how this company is still on line?? Going to call my credit card today and put a dispute. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM PEOPLE AND SAVE YOURSELVES A HEADACHE. READ ALL THE REVIEWS FIRST!!

This was my third and last order from Supplement Warehouse. To their credit I had no negative experience with the first two orders, except that shipping times were a little slow as compared to other retailers, but for the price they offer (price match) I could wait a few extra days. However with this previous order I will never order from them again. I placed a single item order on a Saturday with the expectation that it wouldn't process until Monday. I waited until Thursday to check the status of the order and to my surprise it was still labeled as "In Processing". I patiently waited until Saturday to check again. After seeing the same result I decided to call the customer service desk. I sat on hold for 53 minutes before I spoke with a Rep who simply and rudely explained to me that they have up to 10 days for processing and that my order would be processed that week, then ended the conversation. On the following Monday after still no update, I sent an email to the helpdesk team, to which they responded that my item had been backordered, no big deal, only there is no way to tell this from the website, no one informed me after 8 days (6 business days) that this was backordered, and after an hour long phone call and 15 second conversation, the lovely customer service rep didn't bother telling me this. Per the request of the email I responded and asked to swap out the flavor I ordered for another one. After waiting 3 days for a response that I never received I decided to call the customer service phone number again. After only a 38 minute wait this time I got through and was told yes this product was back ordered, and I could exchange the flavor. After making an exchange request and placed back on hold, I was informed that there were only 3 flavors in stock, all basic and not what I wanted. Not wanting to wait any longer for my now 2.5 week old order I made a decision and was told that it would ship out later that day. The following day to my surprise I did receive shipping information, unfortunately it is suppose to take 7 days to arrive. Was I in any way compensated for my trouble? No. Will I ever order from supplement warehouse again? No. They have a great price but some things are just worth the money, in this case, its satisfaction. If you want to be satisfied with a purchase and experience do yourself a favor and order from someone else.

Just had nearly identical experience as many others. Ordered, waited 3 weeks and still "In Process". Sent email through website. Waited over a week - no response. Checked again today about order - now 5 weeks after placing it. Still "In Process". Called customer service and they tried to talk me into a different flavor of the product I ordered because they don't know when the product I ordered will come in. Cancelled order. Now hoping I get my refund. I was never contacted to let me know product was back ordered etc. Also, they changed website so Iwas initially unable to log in etc. Had to go to the old arcived site??? Will never order from this sham site again. What a bunch of idiots running the company.

The worst service! Ordered July 5, 2016 and it is still being processed! Tried to call 5 times and was on hold a minimum of 20 minutes and a maximum of 60 minutes before being disconnected. Tried to call corporate and was placed in the customer ***. Took my money immediately and have been processing for 11 days!

Supplement Warehouse: Terrible experience, will never buy from again...

Placed an order on 4/25/16, got charged, received an email notification of my order. Heard nothing for 1.5 weeks after visiting my account online almost daily yet my order was still "in progress". So on 5/8, I send an email through their online "Help desk" asking about the status of my order. Given 5/8 was a Sunday, I figured I'd get a response on 5/9 or even 5/10. Nothing. On 5/10, I called their Internet Phone Order Line and an automated message said they couldn't take my call and to try again later. No way. How is that considered service today. Called the Internet Customer Service Line, bypassed the menu hitting "0" and waited...and waited...44 minutes to get through to a live person. She took my order number and my request to CANCEL and REFUND my order. She answered yes to my question that an email will be sent to me to confirm this cancellation and refund. I could've had my supplements 1.5 weeks ago. Now I'm very interested to see if I'll get the email confirmation and get the refund of my money. Terrible experience, not trustworthy, no service, no support, their website is out of date which was something I noticed early on that made me question how legitimate this company is. They cannot be truly legitimate based on my experience and what I read on here. Stay way, you've been warned.

they didn't wasted a single moment to debit the price for the thing I ordered, from my account, and for more than 10 days they didn't even ship my order, and finally when they ship they choose the slowest usps service and till now its been more than four business days and my order is still in transit from one state to another. I mean I have no words for these guys, all I can say it really sucks, wastage of money and after that a big wastage of time u have to wait, and still I am not sure I am gona get the delivery or not. I ll get back here and I will update the status If I receive my item.

Use to be a great place to get supplements from. Not sure what happened but they did a 180.

Last 5 times I ordered I'm told item is on back order. They do seem to refund money.

Sorry to say I will no longer be ordering from them. R.I.P supplementwarehouse.com

I don't know how many thousands of dollars I've spent with Supplement Warehouse over the years but I'll never spend another cent!!! After over an hour on the phone on hold, I'm told after not receiving ANY contact for 3 weeks the products I had ordered (in replacement of products I had ordered 3 weeks earlier and never received as they were not in stock) were also not in stock!!!! It took ME chasing them AGAIN to find this out! The worst part of this is their website showed both sets of products were in stock. Over the past 6 months I have received incomplete products (shaking cups without the mixing utensil) and when I emailed the team at SW querying my order I received sporadic and sarcastic responses - again, two or three weeks after my initial enquiry. In addition to this they replied that 'this batch didn't come with the mixing utensil'. I feel this is a MINOR detail customers should be made aware of. I gave up on email communication but when I tried to call their prompts did not work and eventually when they did I was always on hold for at least a half hour. I'm sorry but this is simply no way to treat ANY customer let alone loyal customers who spend thousands. I was left shaking my head today when after 55 minutes I finally spoke with a representative who informed me there are only TWO employees on the SW team designated to respond to ALL emails and phone calls. It's 2016 and this level of service (or more accurate disservice) is beyond unacceptable! There are other sites out there girls and guys, you don't want to waste all your hard work and time dealing with amateurs like Supplement Warehouse!

I am having the same issues. I was billed for product that showed in stock but was on back order.

It took them 14 days to let me know that I would receive the product when it came available??? WTH does that mean.

I had them cancel the order only to find days later they never credited my card back. I am still fighting them on this concern going on week three now.

Are they for real ?

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order. Everything stated is true. Non existent customer service, who wants to wait on the on the phone for 50 minutes !! Sometimes after waiting the phone disconnects or a recording comes on saying "sorry good bye." They must only have a person taking care of orders, shipping, disputes etc. I sent numerous emails requesting when item would ship and never received a response. Tried to complain on their website and contact customer service, that did not work either. Just try to obtain your lost password from them....good luck. Not a well organized company, in fact the absolute WORST online retailer I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. How about a NEGATIVE 5 STARS !!

I placed an order about a month ago totaling $33.00 and I waited 15 days and never received anything. Then I requested a refund which took them another week to send me an email stating the refund has been sent but until today I have not received anything.

I don't understand why the government allows this kind of *** Even though it was only 33 dollars they played me out.

There is absolutely no way to get in touch with them but e mail but they do things at their convenience.

It's now been 12 days since I placed my order and I still have not been given a tracking number!! Does supplement warehouse just take people's money and never send any product?? Worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. I sent them an email and got an automated response that "it could take up to 10 days for your order to ship".

worst supplement company on the market, takes for ever, and after a long time they inform you that the item is in back order. wait time around 30 -40 days to receive No explanation, and after all they processed my refund, so no product lots of time. Worst company on the market hope no ones buy things on this company And be aware that they will keep your money for long and will never deliver it. dont buy, dont check , dont believe I had the worst experience
